Okay, that's urgent. I'm alerting our on-call technician now. What's the address?

    Clara

She doesn't just answer.

Clara answers, understands, then does something about it, while the caller is still on the line.

01Answers

Clara doesn't send callers to voicemail at 5:01.

Nights, weekends, holidays, lunch breaks. She picks up on the first ring, every time.

02Understands

She knows your business.

Services, pricing, hours, FAQs, policies. Teach Clara once and she'll use it on every call.

03Takes action

Then she gets it done.

She books, qualifies, transfers, texts and logs every call while the caller is still on the line.

  • “Tuesday at 3 works.”

    Books appointments

Clara checks your calendar and books the appointment while she's still on the call.

  • “I'll put you through.”

    Transfers the right calls

Important call? Clara knows who needs to take it, and takes a message when they can't.

  • “Let me grab a few details.”

    Qualifies leads

She asks your qualifying questions, so you only call back the jobs worth calling back.

  • “I just texted you the link.”

    Texts your callers

Confirmations, directions, intake forms and links, sent before the call even ends.

  • “Got it. I'll let them know.”

    Sends you the summary

Every call ends with a summary in your inbox, your CRM or Slack. Nothing slips through.

  • “¡Claro que sí!”

    Speaks Spanish, too

Clara can answer in Spanish and many other languages, so every caller gets a front desk that understands them.

Line 06 · Straight talk

Clara is AI. She just happens to be very good on the phone.

“Wait, am I talking to a real person?”

Caller

“I'm Clara, the AI receptionist for Maple Street Dental. I can help with most things, and if you'd rather talk to a person, I'll have someone call you back.”

Clara
  • She says so.

If a caller asks whether they're talking to a real person, Clara tells the truth. Every time.

  • She doesn't bluff.

When Clara isn't sure, she doesn't make something up. She transfers the caller, takes a message or follows whatever fallback you've set.

  • You set the rules.

What she can quote, promise, book and share is up to you. Everything else goes to a human.

  • You see every call.

Every conversation comes with a transcript and a summary, so you always know what was said.

Line 07 · Industries

Built for businesses that live on the phone.

If a missed call means a missed job, Clara pays attention.

  • Dental & medical

    “I think I cracked a filling.”

Triage urgency, book emergency slots and answer insurance questions without tying up the front desk.

  • Plumbing, HVAC & electrical

    “My AC just quit.”

Get the address and the problem, then book the job or page whoever's on call. The 9 PM calls become booked work.

  • Salons & spas

    “Can I move my 3 o'clock?”

Reschedules, cancellations and price questions, handled while your team keeps working.

  • Law firms

“I was in an accident last week.”

Structured intake for every new inquiry, routed to the right attorney with the details already written up.

  • Real estate

“Is the house on Maple still available?”

Answer listing questions, qualify buyers and book showings, even on a Sunday night.

  • Auto repair

    “Is my car ready yet?”

Quote common services, book drop-offs and field the status calls, so your techs stay under the hood.

Line 09 · FAQ

Questions? Clara's heard them all.

Still curious? Call her and ask.

Is Clara a real person?

No. Clara is an AI receptionist. She sounds natural and she's very good on the phone, but she won't pretend to be human. If a caller asks, she tells them.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes. You keep your number and forward calls to Clara: all the time, after hours, or only when nobody picks up.

What happens when Clara doesn't know the answer?

She doesn't make things up. She transfers the call, takes a message or follows whatever fallback you've chosen, and you get a summary either way.

Can she book appointments into my calendar?

Yes. We connect Clara to your calendar or booking software, so she can check availability and book while the caller is still on the line.

Does Clara work nights, weekends and holidays?

Always. Clara doesn't take breaks, sick days or lunch.

Do I have to set her up myself?

No, that's our job. We build, train and test Clara for your business and connect her to your tools. You just tell us how you like things done.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your call volume and which tools we connect. Tell us about your business and we'll send you a straightforward quote.

Can I change what Clara says later?

Of course. New services, holiday hours, a price change: tell us and we'll update her.
